Configure rate

MSP Manager's API requires a rate ID for time entries but doesn't expose them. Find it once per service item, paste it here, and TeamPortal uses it for every future entry on tickets that use this service.

How do I find the rate ID?
  1. Open MSP Manager web → any ticket on this service item.
  2. Open browser DevTools → Network tab.
  3. Add a time entry and pick the rate you'd normally use. Click Save.
  4. Look at the POST request to tickettimeentries → request body → copy the serviceItemRateId value.
  5. Paste it above. You only need to do this once per service item.

MSP Manager API key

Generate a key from your MSP Manager account under My Account > API Keys, then paste it here. Your TeamPortal Tickets tab unlocks once it connects.

Lock payroll period

Records on or before this date will be frozen. Techs can no longer edit them, and admins must explicitly unlock to amend. Status changes (approve / reject) still work.
